Cap Steriliser is used for sterilising Internal area of closure / cap/ crown after hot product is filled in bottle.Cap Steriliser is used for sterilising Internal area of closure / cap/ crown after hot product is filled in bottle.
This consists of two conveyors combined together with common drive. Container enters sterliser in vertical position and is smoothly tilted on another conveyor having rubber gripper .When Bottle is tilted horizontally hot product enters cap / closure internal area and sterilises the same.Contact time is provided as per capacity of filling line and product temperature.
Bottle is again tilted and travels straight in line for next process that is cooling tunnel.
